一、我们是谁？Who We Are
黑龙江省反射疗法协会成立于1999年9月。是由医疗卫生、养生保健行业的企业、专家、学者、从业者等为核心组成的省一级卫生养生保健行业公益性社会组织。坚持“ 服务会员 服务行业 服务百姓健康 服务政府”的宗旨，致力于中医养生保健行业的发展。在法律规范、资质认证、人才培养、市场服务、行业自律及标准化建设等各个方面，为黑龙江医疗养生保健行业提供全方位的服务，成为代表行业公信力的权威机构。
The Reflexology Association of Heilongjiang Province was established in September 1999. It is a provincial-level public welfare social organization in the health and wellness industry, mainly composed of enterprises, experts, scholars, and practitioners from the medical and health care, as well as health preservation and wellness industries. Adhering to the purpose of "serving members, serving the industry, serving the health of the people, and serving the government", it is committed to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine health preservation and wellness industry. In various aspects such as legal norms, qualification certification, talent cultivation, market services, industry self-discipline, and standardization construction, it provides comprehensive services for the health preservation and wellness industry in Heilongjiang Province, and has become an authoritative institution representing the credibility of the industry.
本会现已发展1000多名个人会员和36个团体会员单位。定期开展具有品牌性健康公益活动—会员交流学习活动日、健康龙江行公益巡讲、职业技能大赛、前沿的技术培训等活动；举办的肌肉整复术疗法、中医足反射疗法、中医火疗健康法、中医泻血疗法、中医针灸独穴疗法、脚病治疗、中医正骨理筋术、耳反射疗法、中医小儿推拿、养生保健行业职业经理人等专业特色培训，受到会员们和广大人民群众一致好评和赞誉。
The association has now developed more than 1,000 individual members and 36 institutional member units. It regularly organizes branded health public welfare activities, such as Member Exchange and Learning Activity Days, public welfare lecture tours of "Healthy Longjiang Journey", vocational skills competitions, cutting-edge technical training and other activities. It also conducts professional characteristic trainings, including muscle restoration therapy, traditional Chinese medicine foot reflexology therapy, traditional Chinese medicine fire therapy, traditional Chinese medicine bloodletting therapy, unique acupoint acupuncture therapy in traditional Chinese medicine, foot disease treatment, traditional Chinese medicine bone setting and tendon regulation technique, ear reflexology therapy, traditional Chinese medicine pediatric tuina, and training for professional managers in the health care industry. These trainings have received unanimous praise and acclaim from members and the general public.
本会在国际交流合作方面成绩斐然，早在2002年开始就与俄罗斯、马来西亚、日本等国开展了交流合作。《日本读卖新闻社》记者曾报道黑龙江省反射疗法协会会长段延峰。记者从《人民日报》、中国新闻网、新华网等媒体了解到，段延峰是最早把中华反射疗法传播到国外的，不但深受俄罗斯远东地区人民的喜爱与追捧，更有车臣共和国、莫斯科等欧洲区域人民转机前来中国求诊。
This association has achieved remarkable results in international exchanges and cooperation. As early as 2002, it began to carry out exchanges and cooperation with countries such as Russia, Malaysia, and Japan. A reporter from the Japanese Yomiuri Shimbun once reported on Duan Yanfeng, the president of the Heilongjiang Reflexology Association. The reporter learned from media outlets such as People's Daily, Chinanews.com, and Xinhuanet.com that Duan Yanfeng was among the first to spread Chinese reflexology abroad. It is not only deeply loved and sought after by the people in the Russian Far East region, but also people from European regions such as the Chechen Republic and Moscow have taken connecting flights to come to China for medical consultations.

为充分发挥黑龙江省反射疗法协会于医疗养生保健业内的优势，突显中医药在维护与促进人民健康方面的独特作用。展现中医药在疾病治疗中的显著优势，增强中医药在疾病预防中的效能，提高中医药特色治疗康复的能力。加强中医药人才队伍的建设，注重中医药健康服务等技术技能人才的培育，优化人才培养模式，以推动中医药技术的传承与发展。在持续开展短期、中期培训的基础上，如今已推行临床跟师学习制度。
In order to give full play to the advantages of the Heilongjiang Reflexology Association in the medical health care industry, highlight the unique role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in maintaining and promoting people's health, demonstrate the significant advantages of TCM in disease treatment, enhance the effectiveness of TCM in disease prevention, and improve the ability of characteristic TCM treatment and rehabilitation. We will strengthen the construction of the TCM talent team, focus on cultivating technical and skilled talents in TCM health services, optimize the talent cultivation model, so as to promote the inheritance and development of TCM techniques. On the basis of continuously carrying out short-term and medium-term training, the system of learning from experienced TCM doctors in clinical practice has now been implemented.
本会近三十年来开展的中医特色技术培训，深受国内外行业人士的认可与喜爱，在中国医疗养生保健行业享有较高的社会声誉。自 2002 年起，应俄罗斯阿穆尔州州立医科大学、州立儿童医院、孔子学院，以及马来西亚等相关医疗机构的邀请，先后为医科大学的学生、医师等进行了中医技术的培训交流。为更好地对外国中医爱好者开展培训教育，让中医造福世人健康，本会将特色中医技术继续与俄罗斯、马来西亚、韩国等有需求的国家展开合作培训相关事宜。
Over the past nearly three decades, the training of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic techniques carried out by our association has been highly recognized and favored by industry professionals both at home and abroad, and it enjoys a high social reputation in China's medical, health care and wellness industry. Since 2002, at the invitation of the Amur State Medical University, the State Children's Hospital, the Confucius Institute in Russia, as well as relevant medical institutions in Malaysia and other places, our association has successively conducted training and exchanges of TCM techniques for students and doctors of the medical university. In order to better carry out training and education for foreign TCM enthusiasts and enable TCM to benefit the health of people around the world, our association will continue to cooperate on training matters related to TCM characteristic techniques with countries in need such as Russia, Malaysia and South Korea.

（二）专家团队介绍 Introduction to the Expert Team  黑龙江省反射疗法协会专家团队成员现有28人，是一支老中青相结合的中医医疗养生保健行业实战派的专家团队。专家们拥有中医师、中医（专长）医师、反射疗法师（最高）、按摩高级技师等国家职业资质，其中中华反射学专家10人，黑龙江反射学专家18人。专家们拥有中医脉诊、足诊、手诊、舌诊；常见疼痛、盆腔疾病、儿科推拿、脏腑点穴；失眠焦虑、抑郁等疾病的治疗和康复特长，大部分骨干成员先后多次应邀赴俄罗斯医科大学、孔子学院、阿穆尔州州立儿童医院，马来西亚等国出诊讲学。
The expert team of the Heilongjiang Province Reflexology Association currently consists of 28 members, forming a practical expert group in the field of traditional Chinese medicine healthcare and wellness, combining senior, middle-aged and young professionals. The experts hold national professional qualifications such as Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Traditional Chinese Medicine (Specialty) Practitioner, Reflexology Therapist (the highest level), and Senior Massage Technician. Among them, there are 10 experts in Chinese Reflexology and 18 experts in Heilongjiang Reflexology. The experts have specialties in traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis, foot diagnosis, hand diagnosis, tongue diagnosis; treatment and rehabilitation of common pain, pelvic diseases, pediatric massage, acupoint therapy for internal organs; insomnia, anxiety, depression and other diseases.
